Sandy Weis is a Florida native with real estate in her blood. Born in Orlando and raised in Volusia County, Sandy was introduced to the industry at a young age by her developer father and real estate Broker grandmother. This early exposure fostered a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of real estate.

For 23 years, Sandy served as the assistant general manager at Spring Garden Ranch, a 148-acre facility hosting over 350 race horses each winter. This role honed her skills in property management, dealing with diverse aspects from RV park management to heavy equipment maintenance.

Sandy's expertise extends to personal property management, including rental houses and Airbnb properties. At River Realty Group, she leverages her comprehensive background to assist clients with homes, vacant land, and property management.
